The BPWC celebrated our Past Presidents with gifts and lots of smiles. Two of our Past Presidents are Diana Asmundson and Margarita Vargas, (above photo) both valued members of our club.
Over the holidays the Baldwin Park Woman’s Club was honored to serve the community at the Esperanza Villas. This is a Tiny Home facility for those working out of homelessness. Each year there is a party where community members join the residents for a holiday meal, inspiration and gifts provided by members of the community. Our gift was an array of blankets, socks and beanies that residents could choose from gifted from club members. In the photo above members Cruz Baca, Veronia Lopez and Blanca Rubio are joined by Police Chief Lopez, Mayor Danny Damien and a host of others serving the lunch to residents.
