Happy Spring to all!
We may have a few more weeks of wet weather but warm winds are predicted soon. With that we will see the blooms of spring. Please see attached your Lark Notes for March.
Highlights include the most important Scholarship Dinner on March 19th. I have attached two fliers. One is a large 8 x 11 that a business can post and the 2nd flier is three small fliers on one sheet you can copy and give to friends. Please help us by copying both and spread the word to friends, family and local businesses you frequent. RSVP is required so we plan the correct amount of food. All will pay at the door unless you sell or purchase your own tickets which will be distributed to members at the March 6th meeting.
Also in these Lark Notes are our scheduled meetings; activities like the Clean Up Day on March 14th and our Baby Shower Game Day on March 27th. Both the Scholarship Dinner and the Baby Shower themed Game Day are fundraisers and the public is welcome.
In this month of March we celebrate “Women’s History Month”. Our recommendation is to take a few days this month to celebrate with sisters, daughters, mothers and friends. Have lunch or dinner together and take time to realize the importance of our contributions personally and as an organization.
